I have spent over seven years learning about different techniques to maximise success in life and adopt a positive attitude in all that I do. Some coaches can practice without formal training. However, I have studied and been assessed by the New Insights Life Coach Training company and am a "Certified New Insights Life Coach". My coaching style is to be open, honest and relaxed and to help you feel energised and motivated. I would describe myself as an easy person to get on with but my clients hire me because they want to achieve results and be challenged at the same time.
