

The short answer is that you will not know if coaching is for you until you try it! Coaching works best when there is a significant gap between what you have and what you want. It also works well when you are committed to change but am just not sure what to do next.
I believe that we can all benefit from coaching not just because change is an inevitable part of life or because it will help you find the best of yourself over a short space of time, but because every single human species on this planet has so much untapped potential. Scientists have suggested that we only use 7% of our brains (and that is a positive estimate)!
If you knew that by embarking on a life coaching course that you could have all you desire, how much of yourself would you pour into learning the information? I imagine that you will be very committed.
