How do I know if Life coaching is for me?

The short answer is that you will not know if coaching is for you until you try it! Coaching works best when there is a significant gap between what you have and what you want. It also works well when you are committed to change but am just not sure what to do next.

I believe that we can all benefit from coaching not just because change is an inevitable part of life or because it will help you find the best of yourself over a short space of time, but because every single human species on this planet has so much untapped potential. Scientists have suggested that we only use 7% of our brains (and that is a positive estimate)!

If you knew that by embarking on a life coaching course that you could have all you desire, how much of yourself would you pour into learning the information? I imagine that you will be very committed.

Have a think about the following questions:

  • Are you as successful as you would like to be with your career, your relationships, your health, your finances and your personal happiness?
  • Do you have clear goals and an overall plan for your life?
  • Do you know and plan where you will be and what you will be achieving in the next week, month, 6 months or year?

If you answered "no" to any of the above, then coaching could benefit you. The first coaching session will introduce you to new ways of thinking about yourself and your life and will provide an insight into how you can overcome those obstacles you feel are holding you back.
