New Shoots Coaching Code of conduct
These are my commitments to you if you use me as your coach. I will:
- Answer all emails within 24 hours unless you hear from me otherwise
- Offer free phone (up to 10 minutes) and email contact between sessions
- Offer discounted services and free sessions if you refer someone to me
- Be flexible to your session requirements as much as practicable within the constraints of time and the delivery of the programme
- Expect and insist upon your best efforts and believe in you 110%
- Press for the truth, not the quick answer
- Ask you to do more than you would usually ask of yourself
- Help you change in a safe, open and friendly atmosphere
- Challenge you to press on and learn from your set-backs
- Accept you without analysing you
- Listen to you when things go wrong in your life
- Listen to your needs and what you truly want, not what I think you need
